Additional Line Features
The following line features are also available for purchase with any one of the packages described above:
- Anonymous Call Rejection
- Works with or without Caller ID
- Rejects calls where calling information has been blocked from reaching you
- An announcement tell these callers how to temporarily unblock their numbers so that their call can get through to you
- Press *77 to turn on and *87 to turn off
- Call Forwarding (Extra charge when Not Included In the Local Calling Packages)

- Lets you see the number of the incoming call

- Retrieves the last number that called you

- Activates a call trace if you have received an unlawful or threatening call
- Call Waiting
- Alerts you that a third party is trying to call you while you are already having a phone conversation with someone else
- You will hear a beep indicating another incoming call
- To answer the second call while keeping the first party on the line
- Depress and release the flash hook
- Answer the call
- Depress and release the flash hook to return to the previous conversation
- If the third party hangs up then the call will be terminated
- If the third party remains on the line then you can switch back and forth between the two conversations by depressing and releasing the flash hook
- Three Way Calling
- Let’s you add a third person to your conversation

- Depress and release the flash key on your telephone
- Wait for three quick beeps and then a dial tone
- Dial the number of the person you want to add
- Wait for person to answer

- Distinctive Ringing
- Provides you with one or two additional phone numbers on a single line, each having their own distinctive ringing patterns
- The unique ring per phone number alerts you as to whom the call is for before answering

National Directory Assistance – 411
For no additional monthly fees customer can access MasterCall’s National Directory
Assistance Service by entering 411. Operators under contract through Verizon will
provide local and national directory information. There will be a separate charge
for this service on a call-by-call basis.
